Rates & Fees

For marriage and couples counseling, the fee for the initial appointment (approximately 45 minutes) is $150 and includes a full intake history,
evaluation and assessment of the presenting problem. Every session thereafter with Dr. Burchell is scheduled for 45 minutes for a fee of $125.
Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card and is due at the close of each session. Please make personal checks payable to
Stephanie Burchell, PhD. At the end of each month you will receive a receipt documenting all charges incurred over the course of that month.
Payment is expect at the time of each session.

Depending on your health care provider, some fees for counseling intervention and treatment with Dr. Burchell may be covered, or eligible for a
percentage of reimbursement as out-of-network mental health services. If you opt to file with you health provider it is your responsibility to know the
type of mental health/behavioral health coverage you carry as well as the limits of that coverage. Keep in mind that there are often limitations placed
on the type, and extent, of counseling treatment that health care providers are willing to pay for. To file for reimbursement from your provider you will
be provided with the necessary receipts.

Appointments & Cancellations:
Appointments can be made by calling Stephanie Burchell between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To cancel or reschedule,
please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You will be charged for late cancellations and missed appointments, and you may
lose your appointment time.
