Appointments are available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. I am also available most Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays If you would like to schedule an appointment please complete and submit the form located to the right. I will personally contact you within one business day to confirm the receipt of your email request. Please make sure to note a preferred day and time so that I can best accommodate your scheduling needs. If you prefer to book an appointment by phone you may contact me at (214) 534-6177. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You will be charged a full appointment fee for late cancellations, missed appointments, and you may also lose your appointment time. |
